Counselling
Information Leaflets
This section of the website provides links to a series of Information Pages and Leaflets which you may find helpful when addressing specific areas of difficulty.
Sometimes it helps to discover that you are not the only person feeling or behaving the way that you do. Follow the links for information about some of the things that people may come to counselling about. They also contain suggestions for further reading or specific organisations that may be able to help you. Remember, you can always visit the University Counselling Service and talk to a counsellor about any of these matters.
