Foundation Direct (CETL)

The University of Portsmouth is a major provider of foundation degrees within the South East region.  Foundation Direct was a HEFCE funded Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning that built on the University of Portsmouth's excellent and innovatory practice developed in student support, the careers service and work-based learning, and developed class-leading support systems for Foundation Degree and distance learning students. Its work is now being embedded across the university.
