Tullow Oil is awarding up to 20 scholarships to Ugandan students for postgraduate studies in the UK for the 2012-2013 academic year.  This scheme has been contracted by the British Council. The University of Portsmouth has been selected as a 'category 1' institution.  You can view our profile on the Tullow website, including the list of eligible courses.

Suitably qualified students who have obtained offers from participating universities in the following countries are encouraged to apply: Ghana, Uganda, Gabon, Cote d'Ivoire, Kenya, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Mauritania and French Guiana.

The British Council encourages applicants to secure offers at participating institutions before applying for this scholarship. If you have not already applied for a course at the University of Portsmouth, please visit how to apply.

The application deadline for the Tullow Scholarship is 6 April 2012.
