DMS Production of Strike Up The Band: King’s Theatre.

University Choir with the Festival Choir: St Mary’s Church, Fratton Road. The Poulenc’s Gloria. Fauré’s Cantique.

Saturday 23rd March

University of Portsmouth Windband Concert: Holy Spirit Church, Fawcett Road.

Saturday 18th May

University Orchestra: John Pounds Centre. A programme of film music.

Music Unplugged

9.-Big-Band-Performance-and-Rehearsals

In addition to these more formal performances, the Music Departments hosts Music Unplugged, an acoustic music event, twice each year. Music Unplugged gives students the opportunity to gain performance experience in a supportive and friendly environment. This academic year, Music Unplugged will be held in Wiltshire Building Studios on the following dates:

  • Wednesday 9th May
