A dance based class using Latin-American music and simple choreography, Zumba is designed to shed the pounds fast while having fun.
Hot Cycling/Xtreme Cycling(30 or 45 minutes)
High intensity, crazy fun. Set to high-tempo motivational music, your instructor will have you sweating off the pounds in no time.
Funky Step (55 minutes)
A step-aerobic class incorporating dance style choreography. Chasse, spin and jazz your way to fitness, then top it off with an intense abs blast. Not suitable for step beginners- the ability to perform a ‘mambo’ is essential! .
Just Aerobics (45 minutes)
It’s Just Aerobics…..but this old classic is unbeatable when it comes to aerobic fitness. Simple but effective choreography to burn fat and have fun. This class is suitable for beginners, but is a great work out for all levels. .
