NEW Piloxing (55 minutes)
A fun and challenging workout, PILOXING uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves for a fat-torching, muscle-sculpting, core-centric interval workout that is guaranteed to whip you into shape.
NEW Wake up Work-out (30 minutes)
Wake up slowly and ease into the day with this early morning social. This class uses a variety of disciplines including circuits, hot cycling, fitball, stretch and tone. Variety is the spice of life!
EasyPEasy (45 minutes)
Old school P.E lesson style games and fun. Expect the unexpected and don’t forget your plimsolls!
Body BLAST (45 minutes)
This high energy class is split into cardio, resistance and abdominal training. Experience a different BLAST each session as the content is mixed up to keep you guessing.
Step ‘N’ Tone (45 minutes)
A great introduction to step that uses simple choreography that incorporates the use of hand weights and other equipment to tone and shape for a full body work out.
Work It Circuits (45 minutes)
A popular classic, this class uses cardio and resistance training in short intervals before moving on to the next exercise. Cover almost every aspect of fitness in just one class.
BoxFIT (55 minutes)
Punch your way to fitness with high intensity interval training that will really get you sweating. BoxFIT uses focus pads, punch bags and strike shields to improve punch and kick technique. This is not a boxing session.
