Ballet Inspired Fitness (55 minutes)

 A flow of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga, this exercise method is loved by many celebrities. Control and balance at the Barre will sculpt your hips and define your waist. Strengthen core and increase flexibility, poise and grace with dynamic exercises across the studio and on the floor.

Kettlebell Conditioning (55 minutes)

Swing your way into shape, developing core stability, full body strength and flexibility. Increase your cardiovascular fitness, reduce fat, tone up, and injury proof your back and knees. All this using just one piece of kit.

Pump (55 minutes – allows 10 minutes for equipment set-up)

This class combines the best elements from the gym and studio to create a challenging but achievable full body workout. Set to energising music using barbells and weights to enhance your results.

Core Conditioning (45 minutes)

This class will challenge and improve your core stability incorporating the use of fitballs, weights and other equipment. Increased back and core strength will aid you in the challenges of your daily life.

Abs Blast (30 minutes)

Does exactly what it says on the tin: 30 minutes of pure abdominal work that will flatten your tummy and strengthen your core like no other class.

Arms, Legs, Bums and Tums (45 minutes)

As the name suggests, it gets to those all important hard to reach areas, using hand weights and body weight exercises to motivating music.

Fitball (45 minutes)

Improve core strength, motor skills and balance in a challenging workout using fitballs.
