Fitpole
Fitness pole dancing is an energetic, fun way to exercise with fantastic
fitness benefits:

Five-week courses
Courses are run over five weeks during which you will learn a series of spins, tricks and transitions through the expert tuition of your instructor. Available from beginner to super-advanced, participants must complete courses in order and can only progress to the next level after completing the previous course. Personal Pole (60 minutes)
Book an exclusive lesson for up to four people. For those who prefer to learn in a smaller group or progress more quickly. By appointment only (fee applies).
