This class concentrates on developing core strength, endurance and flexibility. Using body resistance exercises that sculpt and tone the body, Pilates suits all ages and abilities from ballet dancers to rugby players. Please note, this is a fitness class and not suitable for clients with specific injuries or rehabilitation needs.

Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. A combination of both Yoga and Pilates inspired moves, flow through challenging poses and exercises while you stretch, work your core and lengthen your spine.
Yoga (55 minutes)
Feel relaxed and stretch your potential, while rejuvenating your body, mind and soul. Yoga is perfect for everyone whether new to Yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Your experienced teacher will offer modifications and variations within the Yoga postures to suit each person.
