Working individually with our personal trainers gives you the ability to focus on the right aspects of your training and work efficiently at the right intensity based on your specific needs. We combine extensive fitness knowledge with challenging, innovative exercises to give you a fusion of results far beyond what you can expect to achieve independently.

Our trainers hold degrees in Sport and Exercise Science, and nationally recognised personal training qualifications. Additionally, all our trainers go through in-house training to complement their qualifications. We have a range of personal training packages available so whether you want to work independently or train with a friend, come along and see what we can do for you.

All sessions last one hour. The first session will primarily consist of discussions about your goals and lifestyle, with tests to ascertain your current fitness levels.
