The University of Portsmouth's main colour is purple. So as a student make sure you're purple, make us proud and represent your University by playing sport, volunteering in the community or by keeping fit and healthy.

Sport gives you the chance to socialise, organise and exercise. Allowing you to make new friends, gain confidence and improve concentration by being fit and healthy.

With more than 30 Athletic Union sports clubs we're confident there is something here for you. We also have a Campus Sport programme which helps to give beginners or those who want to play recreationally a chance to get involved.
