Students starting university in 2013/14
Students from England starting their studies in September 2013 can register and apply online by visiting Student Finance England.
Students continuing their course in 2013/14
If you are a current student from England you can reapply for funding for next year by logging into your account at Student Finance England. If you have previously received funding based on your household income you will need to complete a short reapplication online. If you have previously only received non income-assessed finance and only wish to apply for this again, simply sign and return the declaration that Student Finance England will be sending to you. If you have previously only received non income-assessed finance but now want to apply for funding for next year based on your household income you will need to reapply online.

Full-time students who have not yet applied for student finance for 2012/13 can do this online by visiting Student Finance England.
Part-time students who started their studies in 2012 can apply for a tuition fee loan by completing the application form below:
Part-time students who started their degree studies before 1 September 2012 can apply for the tuition fee and course costs grants by completing the application forms below:
- PTGC form (.pdf) - Complete this if you have applied for part-time support in previous years
- PTCG notes (.pdf)
- PTGN form (.pdf) - Complete this if you are continuing your studies in 2012 but have not applied for part-time support before
- PTGN notes (.pdf)

Please note, if you are a full-time student who is repeating credits on a part-time basis you should reapply for funding online. Do not complete any of the above forms as you are still regarded as a full-time student for funding purposes.
Access to Learning Fund – Current UoP students only
To apply for the Access to Learning Fund please complete the application form below and return it to the Student Finance Centre along with the necessary photocopied evidence (detailed on the front of the form).

- Partner’s Income Form (pdf.): please complete this if you live with a partner who is not a student.
Students studying CertHE Dental Nursing can claim back placement travel costs using the form below:
Once completed these forms should be returned to the Student Finance Centre, along with the necessary photocopied evidence. Please see our payment dates document for a list of the regular deadlines for applications.
