Use our budget planner to help you budget - good money management will make your student loan last longer and uni life less stressful!

We've created this budget planner to help you manage your money while at university. If you haven't started university yet you should use Student Finance England's online calculator to estimate the support you may receive.  For more complex cases, for example students with children, please contact us for budgeting advice.

To use our budget planner just work your way through each category and think about how much you will need to spend on each area - try to be realistic! We've given you some hints and tips to help you work your costs out, and try to keep your expenditure down.
