With a background in Marine Biology as well as Economics, I was previously Senior Research Fellow in the University’s Centre for the Economics and Management of Aquatic Resources.
I teach microeconomics at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Particular teaching interests include Environmental and Natural Resource Economics.
My research interests focus on the sustainable management of natural resources, in particular capture fisheries, and the implications of regulatory non-compliance for management outcomes. I have published in journals such as Land Economics, Environmental and Resource Economics and the Journal of Environmental Economics and Management.
