The conference will be held in Portland Building in the North Quarter of the University of Portsmouth campus.
University of Portsmouth
The conference is being hosted in Portsmouth, United Kingdom. Portsmouth is the second largest city in Hampshire and the UK's only island city, situated 64 miles south west of London and has many transport links.
Travelling to Portsmouth
Portsmouth is located on the south coast of England and is 1.5 hours from London. It is served by mainline train services from major cities and ferries from France and Spain are frequent into Portsmouth International Ferry Port.
The nearest train stations are Portsmouth & Southsea, and Portsmouth Harbour, and a taxi will be about £6 each way from either station.
For more details on how to reach the city please look at our maps and directions page.
Much of the accommodation is in Southsea. If searching for your own accommodation, it may be worthwhile searching for both Portsmouth and Southsea separately on: www.visit-hampshire.co.uk, www.chooseanywhere.com or www.venere.com. You can choose from hotels, guest houses, the traditional British B&B (bed and breakfast), and even camping / caravanning.
Rees Hall, one of our University Halls of Residence will be available during the conference. More details about this accommodation and how to book here: http://www.visitportsmouth.co.uk/where-to-stay/rees-hall-p11493
