There is no need to struggle alone.

We want student experiences to be exciting, interesting and enjoyable.

However, we also realise that university life is not always straightforward.

Many students encounter academic, personal or financial difficulties while at university, and these can lead to a lack of attendance and reduced work quality. There is no need to struggle alone. Any CCI students encountering problems at University, or who have concerns for others, can seek help and support from the CCI Student Support Adviser. This service offers:

  • Confidential discussions
  • Impartial advice
  • A gateway to other university support services
  • Assistance finding specialist support
  • Clarification of student-focused university policies
  • Assistance with Extenuating Circumstance Forms
  • Resources to help kick bad studying habits

Students can contact the Student Support Adviser on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
