Your University of Portsmouth experience

I think Portsmouth is a perfect place to study as students are less likely to be distracted by the busy and bustling city life, but if you head in to town, you can still experience that.  Living in Portsmouth is enjoyable to me, it is one of the cheapest places to live in the UK with many affordable accommodations for students. From studying, sports, shopping and night life - we pretty much can get everything we need.

What makes Portsmouth unique?

Firstly, I’m always impressed by the beautiful seafront here. I also very much enjoy the atmosphere and vibe the city gives; it is not too busy yet not too quiet. Landmarks are all in walking distance, which is very convenient, although the weather during the winter may be annoying at times, especially when it’s rainy and windy at the same time. Weather during the end of summer is my favourite here in Portsmouth.

Your extra-curricular activities

During my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, going for a jog at the seafront and doing some sports like badminton and swimming with my friends. I am also an active member of UOP Dance Club.
