This course looks at the social imperative and the market and regulatory background behind sustainable development. The relatively simple goal of developing and delivering affordable, quality housing where people want to live is, in reality, an immensely complex task.

Launce Morgan is a consultant to AECOM supporting Transport for London on the £3.5bn Earls Court joint venture with Capital and Counties. He also, in his role in LaSa Management, provides expert development and project/cost management services for various other clients. Launce has strong skills in Project Management, from funding, inception, design, planning through to construction handover, particularly with housing and hotel sectors.
