Booking and Payment
To book and pay via the University of Portsmouth online store, select the course(s) that you'd like to attend and the fee that applies to your booking. This is particularly useful if you want to make a booking relatively close to the course date.
To book and pay by cheque, send us a completed booking form with payment (cheques should be made payable to 'The University of Portsmouth').
To be invoiced for payment, please contact us by email or telephone in the first instance. Because of the additional administration costs involved in this type of payment process, we will only be able to provide this facility if no other means of payment is possible.
Our price structure is based on the recovery of our direct costs and the provision of CPD courses as part of the University of Portsmouth's ongoing partnership agreement with the RICS, which allows us to offer accredited undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses. It is not a commercial business. In both those respects we are fundamentally different from most other providers and we believe we offer excellent value for money for the quality we offer.
Changes and cancellations
The University of Portsmouth policy with regard to reservation changes and cancellations is as follows:
- We can offer a refund of the fee or transfer of the booking to another course if a minimum of 5 working days notice is given
- If less than 5 working days notice is given then we will only offer a credit for another course held within a 12 month period
- We can accept substitute delegates at any time
Your personal information
We will keep a record of your name, address, phone number, email address and company details, for use in booking confirmations, mailing lists and delegate packs. If you do not want to be included in a mailing list, or have your name and company details included in our course registration lists please contact us.
