If you wish to complain...

The University has a formal complaints procedure which is outlined in the Handbook of Student Regulations. We hope you will not need to use this.

If you have a problem with any aspect of the Library service, please take it up with a member of the Library staff immediately. If you feel you have not received a satisfactory response, ask to see the Librarian in charge at that time.
