Printing Problems

Printing problems when printing pages from within a browser window

If, when trying to print pages from online resources, you receive blank pages, this is usually a result of printing the document incorrectly.

DO NOT USE FILE PRINT FROM YOUR INTERNET BROWSER, THIS OFTEN RESULTS IN A BLANK PAGE BEING PRINTED.

Instead, look for a 'print' or 'save' button or link from within the browser page.

See below for a brief illustration of how to print from within Adobe Acrobat Reader and the LexisNexis E-Journals website.

Note: These printing problems can occur both on and off campus.

  1. Adobe

  2. LexisNexis or any similar online resource.
