There are lots of tools available to help and the library can provide you with information and support on using the following;

EndNote Basic:  Register for a free account Sign in via your Institutional Login first when you create your account.

EndNote Desktop: You can launch EndNote from the MyApps application portal. You may have access to EndNote Desktop from your PC Help guide available here. Features: Cite while you write, import references from databases.

Mendeley: Register for a free account. Mendeley has comprehensive help pages. Features: Download desktop application, install reference capture tools in your web browser, cite while you write, import references from databases.

Zotero: Register for a free account. Find the Zotero quick start guide.  Features: Download desktop application, install reference capture tools in your web browser, cite while you write, import references from databases.
