Is it a problem with your login?

If you are having trouble logging into an e-book or e-journal and are asking yourself if there is a problem with your login, then the best solution here (after checking that you have typed your details correctly) is to try and login to Victory or the Student Portal. If you are successful, then the problem does not lie with your login.

New Students

When you recieve your login details, for security reasons you need to change your password. You can do this, and more on the Information Services website.

If you don't change your password, and start to login to resources, you may be locked out of your account.
