Chat with a Librarian

The chat service is normally available from 11am to 3pm Monday to Friday during term-time. You can access this chat service page using the chat (non button version) icon on any of our web pages.

Outside these times, you can phone the enquiries team on +44 (0)23 9284 3228  or email elibrary@port.ac.uk during Information Desk opening hours.

iPad/iPhone users - if the 'Please wait, someone will be with you shortly...' message times out, hit Refresh and try again.
