Accounting - Suggested Databases

The following databases are suggested as good starting points for finding accounting materials. This list is not exhaustive, and you may find other databases more suited to your needs.

  • Business source complete
Good place to search for articles from Accountancy, Strategic Finance and other professional journals not found on Google Scholar as well as academic articles. Click on the peer-reviewed button if you only want academic articles.
  • Emerald fulltext
Best results found if you do an advanced search. There you can also choose to search just for case studies or literature reviews. Click on Journal of the Week for free weekly access to two of Emerald's journals.
  • Science direct
