Food and Drink Federation : FDF
website offers information such Food and Drinks’s contribution to the economy. Look under Industry and Food Sectors and Foodservice to find a very useful Out of Home section with market data and an excellent set of links to Foodservice and Leisure and Tourism organizations

Essentially a USA site for the hospitality industry, you can find some European market reports here and sign up for a free daily newsletter
People 1st/
is the sector skills council for hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism. You can find lots of free case studies, industry profiles and “state of the nation” reports on the industry if you register.
Foodlaw-Reading
a continuously updated site with links to UK and EU legislation and news on food and food safety
Intute : hospitality and catering

Overseas travel and tourism
Quarterly business monitor detailing quarterly results from the International Passenger Survey. Contains data on visits to and from the UK by overseas residents and visits abroad by UK residents.
