A useful source of full-text publications from key publishing organisations covering legislation, guidance, standards and best practice.

OSH UPDATE contains over 825,000 references and is regularly updated as new information is published from worldwide sources. This aggregation of 20 databases including e.g. those from The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), UK Health and Safety Executive’s HSELINE, US NIOSHTICs , European Agency for Safety and Health at Work and MHAID – major hazards database contain thousands of relevant references with abstracts or keywords plus over 72,000 full text documents including legislation and will keep you and your colleagues alerted to hot topics such as the health risks of nanotechnology, corporate killing and corporate social responsibility, bio-terrorism, management of road risks, preparedness and business continuity, risk assessment. All industry sectors are covered e.g. agriculture, construction, engineering, fishing, manufacturing, mining, nuclear and offshore oil and gas.
- Emerald fulltext
This is a major tool for finding management articles covering many issues such as risk analysis, company health and safety polices. Includes many full-text articles. Click on Journal of the Week for free weekly access to two of Emerald's journals.
- Science direct
This offers a searchable database of journals published by Elsevier. It offers a large percentage of full-text articles
