Erasmus Grants and Financial Issues

Paper Work

Erasmus paperwork will be available in April/May. Further details can be obtained from the Study Abroad/ Exchanges Team from this period onwards.

• If you are studying you need to complete a mobility and learning agreement by the 3^rd June
• If you are going on a work placement you will need to complete a mobility and training agreement by the 3^rd June
• If you are going on a British Council Teaching Assistantship you will need to complete a mobility and training agreement by the 3^rd June.

These documents will require signatures from Departmental and Institutional Co-ordinators, Make sure that you don't leave it too late to get these signatures.

Accounts

You will need to have a bank account for the Erasmus Grant to be paid into. WARNING trying to take money out of a UK account whilst abroad may result in a charge to said account. Some Banks have offered free withdrawals abroad in the past. Make sure you check with your bank if they offer this service.
