Extenuating Circumstances

If you have a problem, which affected your study or assessments during your course, you should contact your college/study centre or us immediately to inform us of this situation. You will be asked to complete an Extenuating Circumstance form and return it to the office, with any documentary evidence. It will then be presented to the ECF Panel to decide if any action will be taken.  If your situation affects your study over a long period of time, it may be appropriate to request a study break.
