There are three different prizes available to Maths students every year. They are usually awarded in a ceremony that takes place in the Department on Graduation Day, attended by staff members, students, and their relatives.

IMA Prize

Awarded to two 3rd year Maths students for best academic achievement.

Barry Taylor Memorial Prize

Awarded to one 3rd year Maths student for demonstration of the highest degree of personal academic improvement over that of the previous year.

Mathematics Project Prize

Awarded to one 3rd year Maths student for best Project.

Graham Elliot Award

Awarded to one Maths student for overall contribution..
