On this fun and motivating course you will:

  • Learn and apply proven practical strategies for lifting your mood.
  • Receive handouts and worksheets to create your own Mood Boost workbook.
  • Identify specific strategies to practise each week.
  • Monitor your progress and find out what works best for you.
  • Build the foundation for an ongoing mood boost habit.

The focus of the course is on proactive application of learning. Course participants will not be expected to share personal or sensitive information.

The course consists of four, 90-minute sessions over four-weeks with individual practice exercises in your own time between sessions.
