The School of Creative Technologies at the University of Portsmouth, maintains multiple video editing facilities for use by students, staff and industry.
Our facilities provide access to two large editing suites supporting Final Cut Pro and AVID Media composer, incorporating DV and HDV capture devices, plus access to an AVID Unity ISIS server.
The School invites applications from suitable candidates with knowledge and understanding of editing and support processes for these particular tools and with the willingness and ability to work with staff and students, especially at busy times near submission deadlines.
Applicants must be on their work experience or gap year from undertaking a relevant degree at the University of Portsmouth.
This post will be based within the Eldon Building and Faculty Software labs in the Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries.
