Biography

My supervisory team consists of Dr. Valerie Anderson (Director of Studies) from Portsmouth Business School, Dr. Chris Wagstaff, and Dr. Richard Thelwell from the Department of Sport and Exercise Science and Dr. Sarah Gilmore, Exeter Business School, University of Exeter.

Shortly after graduating a BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science degree from the University of Portsmouth in July 2014, I joined the Organisation Studies and Human Resource Management department of Portsmouth Business School in October 2014. At present, I am reading towards a PhD in Organisation Studies and Human Resource Management, due to complete in 2017. My PhD is of a cross-disciplinary nature, incorporating sport and exercise science, organizational behaviour, and sociology.
