I completed my MSC in Management at The Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana in 2010 with an average GPA of 9.55 and I received the University Preseren award for my master’s thesis. In 2010 I enrolled in a Doctoral (PhD) program at Henley Business School, University of Reading, conducting research in the field of organizational socialization, social networks and human resource management under the mentorship of Assistant Professor Zella King. During this time, I presented my work at 8 international scientific conferences, and frequently acted as a reviewer for various conferences such as Academy of Management and British Academy of Management. I successfully defended my thesis "Organizational socialization tactics, individual differences, and the relationship building process in early socialization: A personal network change perspective " and received my PhD from Henley Business School, University of Reading in June 2014. I joined Portsmouth Business School in July 2014 as a Research Fellow in the Organisation Studies and Human Resource Management subject group, where I am a principal investigator for various research projects about employability.
