MODA were delighted that for the first time in the events history, a lingerie specific presentation was added to their industry-expert lead seminar program. Dr Joanna Scurr and Debbie Risius from the Research Group in Breast Health at the University of Portsmouth were invited to present to the entire show in one of just five seminars throughout the three day event. The seminar covered recent research findings, providing advice and information for bra manufacturers and retailers alike. The seminar was a huge success with wide interest from the audience and great feedback.

MODA 2011 (NEC, Birmingham) - For the first time this August Moda has introduced a brand new lingerie-specific presentation, Dr Joanna Scurr and Debbie Risius, researchers from the Breast Health Group, will share their expertise with retailers in a seminar entitled, 'Breasts and how to dress them'. The seminar is aimed at broadening retailers understanding of the fundamental aspects of breast support, problems associated with bras, fitting and more.
