Profile

I have been teaching English language and linguistics for twelve years including seven in South Korea. Before moving to Portsmouth I was teaching at the University of Liverpool and Liverpool Hope University and I am interested in Corpus linguistics, vocabulary studies and new World Englishes especially Asian Englishes; I am happy to consider applications from research students in any of these or other related areas.
