Requests for photocopies

If external users wish material to be copied for them to be collected or posted to them the following charges will be levied to cover the cost of: staff time, photocopy charges, postage and copyright fees.

All visitors
up to 15 A4 pages £5.00
up to 20 A4 pages £7.00
up to 25 A4 pages £10.00
for every additional 5 A4 pages an additional £1

Reports Individually priced 25% discount for students*
Research Papers and Reprint Series Students No charge
Academic/Research staff** No charge
Consultants £2.50 per paper
Miscellaneous Publications Individually priced 25% discount for students
Consultants Minimum charge £2.50 per paper

* on production of a current student union card
** not working on consultancies

Notes

  1. Please note that all payments under £50 must be made at the time of the visit in cash or by cheque made payable to University of Portsmouth, receipts can be provided. 
  2. All charges are inclusive of VAT.
