We run free events monthly to share latest business research and promote networking between the University and businesses. University of Portsmouth Business School is a Centre of Excellence for people management, awarded by CIPD, and for business research training, awarded by ESRC. It is ranked 27 out of 90 UK business schools on quality of research multiplied by number of outputs, making us among the most research active and expert business schools in our region.

Our Centre is also a portal to other business expertise available within the University. Our website here will signpost you to the relevant experts. We build interdisciplinary teams appropriate to particular research problems. We seek partnership with organisations, for us to share latest research results in exchange for opportunities for further research and for student learning. If reciprocal benefit is not available, our charges will be at cost. We can offer advice and/or provide resources.
