Our track record
Rowans Hospice wanted fresh ideas to increase the revenue being won by their charity shops. A team of three undergraduates very professionally tested alternative ideas and provided evidence of a new, profitable way forward. In exchange for their free time, they desired and received a reference to help their careers.
We have been successfully placing such students since 1990. Most companies have repeated their requests for our students.
Cost
You pay the students directly. Full time equivalent salaries of around £11,000 are required to attract the best students.
Benefits?
- They can help drive a project forward a business project that because of day to day pressures might not be undertaken.
- As temporary employees they may prove an excellent prospect for employment at a later date and you have an opportunity to assess them in the work situation.
- They have access via their supervisor to a range of highly qualified specialists at the University, many of whom have extensive industrial or organisational experience.
