Cibas

Steve Fisher is an Advisor with Cibas, an Arts Council England and SEEDA funded scheme based at the University of Portsmouth. Cibas provides free creative business advice and access to training and networking opportunities for artists, designers, writers, performers and creative and cultural entrepreneurs.

Steve has spent the past 10 years working in the arts, from galleries to the theatre, and on local, regional and national projects. An experienced exhibitions, events, audience development and marketing manager, he has worked in professional development for creative practitioners for the past 2 years. A Visual Artist and Musician, Steve is currently working on a number of collaborative and solo projects.
