Centre for Organisation Research and Development (CORD)
The aim of the Centre for Organisation Research and Development (CORD) is to support the creation and dissemination of research and scholarship for Portsmouth Business School and its client organisations.
CORD works with employers in two ways. We disseminate cutting-edge knowledge created and developed by our staff to enable organisations to remain competitive. We also work with organisations to create new knowledge. We work in the following areas of expertise:
- Sales and Management
- Management Development
- Workplace Bullying
- Research Techniques
- P.E.R.N (Portsmouth Employment Relations Network)
Our work is not validated (e.g. as a degree or professional qualification). Those seeking Portsmouth Business School validated awards should visit the PBS courses list where a wide range of qualifications can be found.
