Centre for Organisation Research and Development (CORD)
Many organisations need to do research to understand their market or their own employees. Many of our researchers are highly experienced in designing research and can advise on pitfalls and easy wins. Please contact us with your project outline (at whatever stage) and we will be pleased to help. Examples of how we can assist you include:
- E-survey design
- Survey analysis
- Statistical modelling
- Analysing qualitative data from interviews
- Conducting focus groups
Professor Ashraf Labib, Associate Dean (Research) would like to invite you to attend our next session of Staff Research Methods Training 2010/2011. These are informal sessions aimed at academics and doctoral researchers who wish to refresh their ideas and knowledge about aspects related to research and knowledge transfer. They are due to start in November (dates to be confirmed), will be held in the Richmond Board Room and will run for 2 hours unless otherwise advertised. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided. Last year we had very positive comments from those who have attended them, and I am very grateful to our colleagues who have given up their time to conduct those events.
