Prof. Tom Addis

Prof. Max Bramer

The group is lead by Professors Tom Addis and Max Bramer. Both are Internationally known in the field of Intelligent Systems (IS); a field that ranges from human-computer systems to artificial intelligence.

To pursue IS requires knowledge of the fields of Philosophy, Language, Society, Cognitive Psychology, Vision, Robotics, Control Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics and Formal Analysis (to name a few).

It is one of the roles of the directors to ensure that access, guidance and co-operative projects are available to our research staff and students from those departments who specialise in these and other areas.
