Ji-Yuan Wang successfully defended his thesis in his viva and was awarded a PhD of Engineering by the University of Portsmouth. His research work was praised by the examiners, Dr Andrew New (University of Southampton) and Dr Zhongyi Zhang (University of Portsmouth).
