Palaeobiology
Fieldtrips
An essential part of the BSc (Hons) Palaeobiology and Evolution degree is the attendance of a number of field expeditions and museum visits. In the first year students visit the spectacular dinosaur beds of the Isle of Wight and the new Dinosaur Isle Museum at Sandown. In the second year students visit Wales to examine Palaeozoic strata and in the third year they visit Germany and Austria (stopping off in France on their return).
