Death of a pterosaur05: Death of a pterosaur. A closer inspection of these three pterosaur neck vertebrae revealed a dinosaur tooth embedded in the bone. The tooth appears to be that of a dinosaur related to Spinosaurus, a dinosaur which is thought to have been piscivorous. Perhaps this dinosaur was scavenging on a carcass washed onto a beach.
