Vestas, a global environmental company, chose the University of Portsmouth to deliver a foundation degree in leadership. All staff and management of their Isle of Wight facility will study together. This course was tailored by CERI to the needs of their shop floor supervisors in their protype facility on the Isle of Wight, whose roles are being expanded to include set-up of new production lines in a variety of overseas locations. The course we designed blended company-specific requirements of technical skills as well as leadership confidence without difficulty.
