The Centre for Enterprise Research and Innovation (CERI) has implemented 'Lean' in thirty two service organisations in the last year. During the summer we have visited them to discover the lasting benefits gained and research any improvements needed in our Service Excellence method.
Benefits included a £1m positive cash flow for the first time in the fifteen year history of an organisation, 10% increased sales due to faster response times and improved quality of staff recruitment and morale.
