Publications companies are seeking to add value to their readers and hence advertisers by enhancing the web resources linked to their publications. Expertise and resource in Information Systems is being provided to Mercator Media to work in partnership with them on a research programme to explore the most effective way of achieving this, subsidised by a Government 'Business Plus' grant from SEEDA.
