The core expertise in the Business School in the economics of the environment is in our Centre for the Economics and Management of Aquatic Resources (CEMARE). This has an internationally reputation for research into aquatic resources management, with a specialisation in fisheries economics. Expertise includes:

Professor Trond Bjorndal is Director of CEMARE. His research specialism is fisheries and aquaculture economics.

The geographical scope of CEMARE's research activities is extensive.
